Puppy Time 7 Months of Joy
Gromit Updates

Puppies..you got to love them.
I can not believe he is already 7.5 months old. Time flies.
I have been wanting to do some updates and puppy pictures for a while now. Yesterday I got inspired by a recent article I read from David Perlmutter about National Puppy Day. The picture above is a nighttime routine. The puppy comes to bed with a dinosaur — he has three of them and all of them had multiple “surgeries” to prevent stuffing to get out. What can I say puppy has sharp teeth for sure. Some of his toys were destroyed within the first hour including firehose strength toys.
We started to rate the toys based on hours and days of survival.

Gromit loves hanging out on the couch and getting tummy rubs. He carries a toy everywhere and you can see in the picture above a dino butt hanging out. The tail is getting shorter and shorter each week. You can see all the stitching done to try to give the dino some more “life”.

Look at me I am so adorable. Look at those eyes. If cuteness has levels. What would the above picture get?

Gromit with his 7-month-old birthday present above has a squeaky x6 which is very exciting for him and us as well as we are listening to his ongoing squeaky concerts. It gets fun when he starts them up as we go to bed. The pack of toys included two squeaky surprises. Can you guess what was the second one?
Oh, yes….DEP appropriate toys😊😊😊😊😊
His first🐘

His squeaky toy number 2 is an elephant. YAY💝💝🐘🐘. So far he likes them so much they had survived without any surgeries. It is been a whole week. This is amazing by Gromit standards. He is actually gentle with them at least so far.

Having a puppy brings a lot of love and also a lot of challenges into my life. He is so loving and adorable and high energy and demands a lot of attention. He loves walks and playtime. He learned a lot of commands and gets super excited when he sees other people and other animals. A few months back when we just got him he looked like the picture below he was 12 weeks old.

Now he had at least quadrupled his size. Taking the puppies for a walk about a week ago Gromit is almost as big as our sheepdog. He is growing very fast. He graduated from his smaller orange vest to the larger blue one. Tappancs our sheepdog gets frustrated with the puppy as Gromit has no boundaries when he is excited and jumps on Tappancs many times.

The story would not be complete without a picture of Tappancs as well. What do her eyes tell you?

To me she is saying: Really mom? Did you have to get this bouncing squicking running bundle of joy? Can we return him? I am too old for this….sigh…
