Power Of Thoughts : Died Of Bleeding But Didn’t Lose A Drop
A real life account of calling upon death
In a startling experiment, a prisoner was offered the option of being exsanguinated, which meant having his blood drawn gradually to death, or dying by hanging. The prisoner chose the first option because he believed it would be slow and not too painful.
Once the victim agreed, he was strapped to the bed and blindfolded.
He didn’t know about the drip buckets below and the water containers fastened to each of the four bedposts. His four extremities were then lightly scratched.
First quickly, then gradually, but always loudly in a room devoid of any sound, the fake drip brigade got going.
As the dripping water stopped, so did the young man’s heart. He died, not losing a single drop of blood.
This was an experiment carried out in 1936 by the legendary Nobel Laureate Bernard Lown, as recounted in “The Lost Art of Healing”
This is the Power of Visualisation
Faith-infused thoughts have such immense power that they impact not just your physical body and neurological system but also your vitality.
This is true because thoughts and life force originate from the same source of power.
The thoughts that you think repeatedly with full focus and emotion take the form of your beliefs, and when visualized with particulars, such as colors, sounds, and smells, they become even more powerful.
Believe that you have the ability to think powerfully at any time. Every change in the world began with a powerful notion. Begin incorporating short and uplifting positive affirmations into your daily life, and to keep this practice interesting, keep modifying and experimenting with them by observing how they feel when spoken aloud.
I personally use simple, two-line affirmations for myself before starting my day.
- I am born to win.
- I am the luckiest soul on this earth.
