Lucy (The Eggcademic) [she/her] hates raw tomatoes but will eat tomatoes once dried, cooked, or smashed into a bazillion pieces. Does this make me a highly specific picky eater? Perhaps. Do I, as an adult, have to trick myself into eating vegetables (in pasta sauce) and fruits (in waffle batter)??? Absolutely. You gotta just adapt life for who you are sometimes. 🤣🍅
