Podcasts Are Amazing, Here’s Why
A story about communication and how cool is today

I’m not telling you to start listening to podcasts every day. I just want to say that I think it’s one of the most beautiful things that happened in this decade.
But the radio’s been around for a while, hasn’t it?
Yes, you’re right. The radio’s been around for a while. However, this has nothing to do with podcasts, they are similar. But at the same time, two opposite things.
You are what you listen to.
This applies to every aspect of life, to every single thing we do and live.
We are the result of our continuing actions, of what is around us, and how we sink it. The Internet is saving the world from ignorance. Or rather, it could, but people are too dumb.
Freedom of choice
You choose the radio, but not the content.
It is also true that you are not in charge of the podcasts you listen to, its content won’t be determined by you. But what you choose to listen to, is.
You can skip something boring, something you don’t like. There’s the freedom you can’t find with traditional radio.
It isn’t in everyone’s hands. This is very important.
Yes, the people are certainly not the most cultured, neither the wisest point of reference. Listening to the voice of all teaches you fundamental things to survive these days, and especially for the future.
It instructs you how to recognize fake news, the opinion of others, the different points of view, the hidden truths, and a lot more.
You could start one yourself, and have the chance to reach anyone with your words. The whole thing with just a click, isn’t that great?
Freedom of speech
I have an outside the box opinion about it, and that’s why I suggest you take a look at my previous story where I talking about it:
However, we are undoubtedly more free than usual, and this allows us to create and listen to content with total freedom.
Of course, something uncomfortable with a certain circle of people will be put aside or ceased. But in the Internet world, where podcasts live, everything is allowed, because we create the web with our actions.
Feeling free is crucial, especially at this time.
Talking about what you want is great, but being able to listen and read about every speculation out there, is even more fascinating and liberating.

Chilling
In the society we live in, relaxing is becoming a privilege.
Happiness is found in small things, and finding a moment of total relaxation in our society is getting closer to becoming a utopia.
Just think about the web and advertising.
There’s lo-fi now, thought to relax anyone while working, sleeping, or studying. The streaming platforms themselves use chilling as a promoting milestone, and it works.
Podcasts relax.
From something casual to something more interactive, one way or another, listening to other people talking is pleasant.
Just like white noises, even starting a show and letting it go without paying attention can relax our mind. Not by chance, podcasts, along with reading, are my preferred ways of falling asleep when insomnia is upon it.
A tea in front of an anime, a movie, Netflix, or a gaming console.
A joint listening to lo-fi or a podcast.
The possibilities are endless, and each of us prefers one. The real issue is finding these moments, and being able to pause the mind.
Today, although with an empty moment, the head is often not. Those who can meditate or relax for real, are envied by many people.
This should alarm people, and unfortunately, scare them.
