Plant Your Gratitude Tree!
Plant a gratitude tree from the best thing going on in your life. No matter how tiny, hopeless, or difficult it is. And watch your happiness grow.

Look at this tree, it’s growing from the concrete. No soil is there. It is so happy its leaves spread out in gratitude.
Tired of listening to Joan complaining about all of the horrible things happening in her life, Sue eased up from around her desk and walked a few feet over to her clutching her purse. She pulled a hundred-dollar bill from it, then said putting it on Joan’s desk, “here, go and plant a gratitude tree. Don’t you have anything in your life to be grateful for?”

See this sunrise, humanity’s cruelty is destroying our earth, and the sun is fighting pollution to make our world happy as many economies rely on the sun’s ability to shine to live.
Joan stared at her.
“Girl,” Sue went on. “You are the highest paid employee right now in our department. For the four years you have been here, I have never heard you say one word of thanks for your life, job, health, friends, family, the weather, all of the gifts you get for Christmas, your birthday, or anything else!”

See how happy these birds are. They rely on the sea for food. Humans are polluting the water too, but they are grateful.
In shock, Joan's eyes bulged wider, and Sue continued, “if you continue to paint your world blue with sadness and negativity, it will eventually change to your thinking of it. Today is very warm for January. That’s a gift from Nature. Take this gift I am offering. Plant a gratitude tree and it will grow and paint your world in many beautiful colors. Incase you aren’t aware, sadness is contagious, so is happiness! Stop spreading your negative energy and vibe!”

Every day, life gives me something to be grateful for, allowing me to spread positivity and happiness. Plant your gratitude tree from the tiny acts of gratitude life shares.
The entire office stood up and clapped Sue as she walked back to her desk.
Plant your gratitude tree and watch your happiness as it grows.
I know people whose life is better than many of us, but they can’t find a single thing in it to be grateful for. Plant a gratitude tree from the best thing going on in your life. No matter how tiny it is. It will grow and cover hatred, cruelty, and all of the negative elements we face daily. Be grateful even for the bad things, because that’s what we learn the most from.
