Phasing in UFO Disclosure
Here’s another way to look at how the truth about UAP reality rolls out to the public. What’s next could go fast or slow but the path is clear.
What exactly is a phase, anyway? The dictionary says it means “a distinguishable part in a course, development, or cycle.” The Moon famously goes through phases. So do teenagers, according to most parents. Marvel Comics runs its cinematic universe in phases.
Can the same be said for the disclosure process for coming to grips with the truth about UFO/UAP reality? The answer seems to be yes, and the key phases are coming into focus.
It looks like there are Four Phases (in America, anyway) that must be gone through until we get to the point of an actual Disclosure that UFOs are exotic technology that are from someplace that isn’t here and are being piloted by someone who isn’t us. Consider this —
Phase 1
They’re real.
Phase 2
We don’t make them.
Phase 3
China and Russia don’t make them either.
Phase 4
Do the Math.
Why is this progression important? Because it gives a way to measure where we might be in the process. Granted, there’s no way of accurately estimating how long a particular phase may last, but none of them are going to last forever. Here’s one way to handicap the status of all this.
Phase 1: They’re real.
It’s taken us 74 years (Happy Birthday, Kenneth Arnold sighting!) to arrive here. While the Twining Memo may have confirmed this at the end of 1947’s Summer of the Saucers when it bluntly stated that the objects were not “visionary nor fictitious,” Air Force General Nathan Twining’s analysis was not offered to the public but to his superiors in the Pentagon.
For more modern public disclosure signposts, look to the revelations of late 2017, the released and validated Navy videos, lots of first person testimony, the statements of Chris Mellon and Lue Elizondo, and, finally, the release of the June 25th UAP Report prepared at the demand of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.
Imagine what that means. For decades and decades people who believed in the reality of the UFO phenomenon were told they were crazy and faced ridicule and torment. Now, even the government that abused them is saying: “Never mind!” An apology should be issued, but that’s not going to happen anytime soon.
The UAP Report, while not everything any true activist wanted, did have the balls to write up the truth about the fact that these things are real. It bluntly stated that UAP exist because the Department of Defense and the U.S. Navy, not to mention members of the U.S. Intelligence Community, and Presidents Clinton and Obama, had all more or less made this same statement while the report was being written. Something is out there. Doesn’t mean E.T. we are reminded, but the things our pilots and radar keep seeing and picking up, are something authentic.
Status: Check. Like the Old Man said. These things are not visionary or fictitious.
Phase 2: We don’t make them.
It’s an obvious question. If there are objects of obvious high (if not impossible) technology flying about in our skies and seas, then who in the hell is manufacturing them?
That UAP Report made clear that no one in the U.S. government thinks we are making them. Two senators in particular come to mind in stating this proposition more or less definitively, Senator Marco Rubio and Senator Mitt Romney. We also have the same line being said in public from former CIA directors and Directors of National Intelligence like John Brennan and John Ratcliffe. Presumably, this is something they ought to know about, right?
No matter how many times US officials and even the UAP Report state this, doubters are going to doubt. “Well, of course, they have to say this,” argue a number of skeptics, thinking that we must have bought something over the years with those billions or trillions of dollars sunk into black budget projects. Because of how we actually conceal military technology breakthroughs, it’s going to be difficult to get everyone past this one. The way it feels now is that most people who ought to be in the know say the U.S. doesn’t make all the UAP we see, even if we might make some of them.
Status: Needs an independent investigative source to say so publicly. New York Times? Senate hearings?
Phase 3: China and Russia don’t make them either.
While this feels like a part of Phase Two, it needs separation for one essential reason. It’s always more likely that the United States knows what it’s doing more than it knows what it’s adversaries are doing. If we couldn’t even see the Taliban coming, the reasoning goes, then how would we know if China can make a 13,000 mph Tic Tac?
The UAP Report actually weighed in on this one, too. It stated that it could find no information to support a belief that our global opponents have such technology. This gets its own Phase, however, because even folks like Rubio and Romney are far more definitive that the U.S. is not behind the tech, but openly fearful it could be the other guys. Most observers, however, pretty much know that they say this because the most obvious answer — another intelligence — is just not an answer they want to say on cable news. At least not yet.
Clearly, this is what those insiders were running past the New York Times and even 60 Minutes. It’s also the dodge that the Rubios and others use to make sure they don’t sound crazy, talking about aliens, but instead look like public servants who are interested in national security and are hoping against hope that we have not been technologically leapfrogged by our adversaries. The truth is that no one really thinks this has happened. After all, we started seeing UFOs of incredible capabilities in the 1940s. They weren’t Russian or Chinese or even ours. They were somebody else’s.
China or Russia did not put those UFOs from the 1940s, 1950s, 1960s, 1970s in the air. If they’re real, if we don’t make them, if other nations don’t make them, then somebody else does.
Status: Not there yet, at least in public, but congressional hearings could dispense with the technological leapfrog theory in a week of testimony.
Phase 4: Do the math.
All of this brings us to Phase Four in which Doris Gets Her Oats. Sorry, I’m thinking about Peter Jackson’s Get Back documentary, another mind-bending chance to see the world in an entirely different way.
Yep, this is the Holy Grail. If 1) they’re real and 2) they’re not us and 3) they’re not Russia or China, then 4) all of the other possibilities are, well, out there.
The UAP Report, of course, never uttered the alien word, or even nodded in the ET direction. It just left the possibility out there hanging for people who are living on the bolder side of life. Let’s face it, guys like Lue Elizondo and Chris Mellon both clearly believe it’s ET, but they are waiting for the rest of us to catch up with their own, apparently, true insider knowledge.
At some point, however, whether it takes congressional hearings or fact finding commissions or sustained investigative reporting, at some point China and Russia are going to be ruled out. Might not be E.T., might be something stranger — ultra-terrestrials, time travelers, a simulation of reality, whatever.
Status: That’s up to us.
The Frog in the Jar
People who know about such things probably believe that this slow steady roll-out is the best way to avoid War of the Worlds style panic.
In these end times for secrecy, we might see ourselves as like that frog in the jar as the temperature is slowly raised who never jumps out. One day we’ll all be able to look around and wonder what took us so long.
Getting to Phase 4, and not just a few of us as have taken up residence there now, but almost all of us at the same time, is still in the future. This is the Phase we’ve been heading toward for more than 75 years now.
It may let the sun shine in, or it may be some of the darkest most terrifying shit that humankind has ever known.
Either way, count me in.
