In the foreword of the book Libby Shively McAvoy writes

“Inspiration spurs gratitude in us. When we are grateful, it puts us in positive energy and in a positive mindset. Positive thoughts produce positive outcomes. A positive attitude also increases self-esteem and allows us to overcome obstacles and deal with life stressors. Inspiration allows us to solve problems. Different people find inspiration in various places. Some find it in art, music, cooking, cars, water, mountains, etc. Inspiration is all around us if you are open to seeing it.”

In the introduction of the book Carmen Micsa, MA in English, podcaster used an example of am amazing 97 year old painter and wrote

“If you want to improve, do something at least every day.” — Trudy Ahbel-Dallas”

“1. Although there are so many things that bring me joy on a daily basis, I realized that my harmony at work is talking to incredible people like Trudy. As an extroverted person, I am energized and inspired by other people’s stories and weltanschauung, or views of life.

2. The power of art transcends generational gaps and opens up doors to joy, as we’re leaping into the next adventure, which is why Trudy’s painting depicting joy is my favorite.

3. Trudy’s view of art as an expression of her soul brings her infinite joy and harmony, which is then transmitted to people like me, who admire and appreciate her art.

4. And last, but not least, writing about Trudy was cathartic and harmonious for me as a writer. It also brought joy to Trudy as a reader, which is why our wellness is the intersection of reality and imagination expressed through painting and writing.” by Carmen Micsa, MA in English, podcaster

I hope that this book with bring you the joy, spirituality and inspiration you seek. All the writers wrote their stories from their heart and own personal experiences.
