A poem about a relaxing and peaceful day
One sunny day
The wonders of nature, those moments that you will cherish forever
Just finished a nice and long swimming session I’m really tired but it’s a pleasant feeling To the showers, I go Only to rinse off since I decide to stay longer
I love the ocean, If I’m nearby, why leave?
I extend a towel and sit underneath an umbrella It’s so relaxing
It’s the perfect day
The sun is gleaming but not too much The wind is taking the heat away The sand is perfectly warm The sound of the waves is tranquil People are having fun in the background
I decide to close my eyes To be mindful I’m grateful
So many thoughts come to mind Past and present
So many things have happened Those also come to linger in my thoughts Past, present, and those which will occur in the future
But the now is what I love Love the peaceful environment Love the peace within
I grab my favorite notebook Decide to blur all of my thoughts Writing them down as the sun goes down Hours go by like seconds
Writing in a perfect spot A perfect spot with the ones I love
Time goes by It’s time to go Just another swim and that’s all
I have always loved to write about random things everywhere I went. Doesn’t matter if it was in a park, beach, forest, city travel, or any other place. A small notebook is always with me. I also use to sketch.
A random notebook for random things.
This poem is about a day in which I had an excellent evening out with my family at the beach. It has been truly one of the most peaceful moments I have ever had. I’ll cherish it forever.
