PROSE SNIPPETS | RUMINATION
On Venom
From the storyteller’s diary
When you spit venom at people, remember it resides in you, in your heart, your mind and your perceptions. It never goes out without poisoning you inside out first.
Own up your insecurities — don’t dunk others in it and hassle them. Your insecurities are inherent and the world cannot cure it. Only you can take charge and eliminate them.
If not weeded out in time, they suck up all that nurture and nourish you as a person and leave you dead inside in no time. They will make you bitter and unable to accept the quintessence of your existence and of those coming into your life.
