12. How can you become more mindful of the way you handle composure vs. emotional expression?

13. How can practicing feeling your feelings fully, even when it is deeply uncomfortable, benefit you?

Diana’s prompts are so clever. These two present the same question from different angles.

I decided the other day to prompsponsively respond to #12 in my own credit-to-my-first-Medium-Muse-kind-of-way (that’s you Diana) and thus worship both you and my LibbyLuv in my unique manner while subtly paying homage to your double-entendre creativity and highlighting divinity’s planner.

Diana has said of prompts generally: “Play of words & creativity is what it is all about.” I decided to have some fun playing Diana’s game of words while crafting another love dizain.

Now I answer these two prompts together in the deeply self-reflective manner for which you designed them, with stanzas of various poetic forms.

The Poem

IQ v EQ Your prompts scream I should highlight Latter trumps former FORMER Prez Chump had neither USA beyond repair

Seriously now Readers learn from LibbyLuv Elevate EQ Self-awarely empathize That’s the spiritual path

Prompts 12 and 13 Arrive same destination Don’t compose feelings That is a Dianaesque trap KTHT know better

Emotions evolutionary prize other animals may indeed have souls Feelings allow spirits to realize Goal of elevating on totem poles Humans to achieve our intended roles Feelings spiritually guide egos Persuade others with ethos and pathos Here’s an oxymoron to consider EQ incorporates lots of logos This concludes dizain portion of dinner

Time for an imayo course, of intense EQ Do not pursue happiness — it and sadness both fleet Contentment is where you’ll find, serene state of mind Allow emotions to flow, return there lest blow

Please understand the stoics, don't push feelings down The word does not reflect roots, Marcus A. rolls eyes Do not get carried away, yet please deeply feel If you lava dome feelings, end up like Pompei
