Nutrition

What are the best nutrients in life?

When those who hurt you come around, do not sugarcoat your pain just because you had loved them once.

And do not let them take you for granted nor give them the power to hurt you again.

Pain is pain, and when they gave it to you, they did not sugarcoat it, dip it in wine, disinfect it or render it poisonless.

You had to take it raw, undiluted and unrefined with all its nutrients in place.

And lessons — they are the best of nutrients.
