Dear Heart

A love letter to your own heart

Dear heart, you are a lit chamber, there's fire inside, glowing, warming the soul that keeps you.

You are a vase of love, of all things felt, of all things life, beating at everything that gets hold of you.

Dear heart, you are not just flesh and blood, you bear the pains, you hold yourself together when the world crushes you.

You are faith, food and flowers to the garden that flourishes inside those who remember to smile at being alive.

Dear heart, I hear you and know that I have lived; that I'm alive.
