Hi, I am Veronica Haunani Fitzhugh, and I am working toward becoming Medium’s “New To Medium” Experience Coordinator.

I believe in giving back to places where I have been given so much.

I’ve noticed a lot of new Medium writers (Mediumites) give up because they’ve not received any attention.

I would like to help solve this problem of new member attrition by offering a space to showcase your writing.

So, if you’ve been a Mediumite for a year or less and would like to have published or new pieces, please email me your medium profile, theme song, and a photo for your bio at [email protected] and respond to this post with your author’s bio, and I will add you as a writer.

Since it’s currently just me acting as editor, I ask that you wait to send your second piece until we’ve reviewed your first. Also, please keep your pieces to five minutes or less.

I don’t know how popular this project will be so I currently cannot tell you the turn around time but I promise to get back to each one of you personally.
