My Switch To The E-Cigarette — An Interim Conclusion
About a year ago, I switched from regular cigarettes to e-cigarettes. I did it to prevent my nicotine addiction from killing me. Today I can draw a first conclusion.
We all have our weaknesses, and one of my weaknesses is nicotine.
I realized that smoking cigarettes is madness because the smoke contains hundreds of carcinogenic substances, but that was not enough to convince me to stop.
Fortunately, e-cigarettes finally came on the market. We do not yet know whether these products also have hidden risks, but at least all the carcinogenic substances from regular cigarettes are not present in the steam.
Those who have not smoked so far should, therefore, not start to consume e-cigarettes under any circumstances because of the unexplained risks.
