My Sensitivity My Strength – A Poem
Your sensitivity is not something to be fixed.

Have you been called too sensitive?
I know how that feels, it happened to me.
“Sensitive” became a bad word, you see,
Something to fix, but I didn’t know the key.
But listen, my friend, I want you to know,
Having feelings doesn’t make you weak, it’s not so.
Being hurt doesn’t mean you’re not strong,
Protecting your emotions that’s where you belong.
Don’t stay where your feelings are dismissed,
Or denied, or questioned, it’s not a safe list.
Find people who embrace and nurture your power,
Being sensitive is a gift, like a beautiful flower.
Hope you liked the poem.
