Thank you once again to Pamela Oglesby for tagging me in another prompt. I’d be lost with all of these Medium trends without you! 💕 Read her article here.

Trisha Faye has a new publication, Good Vibes Club, and I am so honored to be a writer for it! If you don’t know Trisha, I recommend changing that immediately. She is one of the many good ones on here, and she is all about spreading positivity/joy. Hence the name of her pub and creator of this sweet prompt!

My answers will probably be no shock at all, but I’ll take any excuse to think on the things that bring me joy. 🥰

My cat, Ghost, likes to watch things from distance haha. He is still figuring out what he thinks about Jovi. ❤

1. What’s a small joy that fills your soul with delight?

My pets!!!

I am not a cat person, but I still love Ghost. He’s very independent and doesn’t require much attention. He’s quite the character though. My husband and I call him “Crackhead” more than his own name. 😅

Almost everyone knows how obsessed I am with my Jovi girl. She was talked about constantly before she was even brought home!

Even though I am very sleep deprived, she has brought me so much joy in these past few days. My heart bursts every time I look at her.

I have been needing an emotional support animal for so long. I believe Jovi will be just that, and in return, I will do my best to give her the most loving home as possible.

2. What’s a large joy that swells your heart with love?

My husband!!

He’s my pride and joy. Being his wife is truly my favorite thing about me.

My husband is an amazing friend, provider, love, and so much more. We laugh together constantly. We are both so different and so similar at the same time.

He’s my little piece of Heaven on Earth. I can’t imagine doing life with anyone but him. God has blessed me far more than I ever deserved.

3. What’s one way you can spread joy with others?

Listening!!

I am kind of copying Pamela with this one.

A lot of us are fighting some kind of battle, and sometimes, all we need is a little emotional support. A listening ear can take so much weight off of someone’s shoulders.

I always try to be that person. I am very chatty. So, when I know that I will be spending time with a friend/family member, I say a little prayer to help me be a good listener.

I want to be the person that others feel safe confiding in. 🤍
