My Experience (and earnings) Writing About Nudes
đđ This is how framing art with nudity quadrupled my writing income. Send Nudes?

Voluptuous bodies, bizarre positions, collages, photography, and nakedness aplenty. This is the world I have immersed myself in for the last couple of months. Sure, one may notice that is all about framing. In art history, a nude can become a nude simply by saying it is one, otherwise, it is just a painting with nude bodies.
But, would have that helped me gather readers and followers? Likely, not as much. Rendering nudity as the most salient aspect of the paintings (and other mediums) has definitely helped catch the attention of many.
What Iâd like to cover with you today is
- The idea behind nudes in art as a natural state
- The stats behind some of my most read ânudeâ stories
- My experience and where weâll go from here
Nudity = Nature, but also sex.

Possibly for the cold, at some point, humans started to cover themselves, and wear clothes. Then, I think, with time it wasnât a matter of just the cold anymore â in some parts of the globe â and we started covering up (at least our genitals and female breast) even in the hottest of summers. We grew ashamed, concerned, socially correctâŠand maybe, we felt safer as well.
These are of course just some thoughts, not researched, coming to my mind around how we ended up forgetting that nudity is in fact our natural state. Clothes donât come as clothes from nature. Our bodies come as they are.
Thus, I have respect for those artists and models that have played a part in giving life to nude art, if so we wanna call it. See, itâs good to be reminded that the way we live is just a conventional construct. And we are instead â in our natural state â as naked as any animal. Well, the non-furry ones at least.
But of course, in our day and age, interpreting all of the nude art as an expression of our nature is limiting. Much art is about sex or is perceived as sensual. Sexual.
Sometimes it is impliedâŠ

âŠsometimes it is shown.

Now, my dear reader, while I would love to go on and talk about the meanings in nude art, we must go on and touch on the stats.
Because you know, itâs that kind of story.
Earnings and Reads behind some of my best performing stories
Indeed, leveraging the fact that the art youâre going to write about includes naked bodies works. Maybe it is because sex sells. Maybe, instead, itâs because we are not open enough about nakedness or even sex, while people do want to read and talk about it.
As shown in the screenshots below, my best-performing article has accumulated so far 16k views, a whopping 203 hours of reading time, and 549.25 dollars.

But that was not the only one that gave me satisfaction, so to speak. In fact, other nude stories have worked well for me too. At least according to my standards of what is well.
2 Outstanding Nudes Painted by Women has now almost 7k views.
My two âbest nudesâ have together almost 10k views.
The gay-erotic art collection is still going strong, having earned 45 dollars so far.

Present and Future: Where to?
I would be lying if I said that I didnât tweak titles and key terms for views, but that is not why I wrote those articles.
I love art, and I have since a very young age. Through art, I understand much of the world. Thus, nudity as a concept, sex, and love have also gone through the process of being read via art history. And now, being discussed through the same channel.
While I donât only write about nude art, I will likely do it again. I have in mind stories for The Origin of The World, the history of dildos in Japanese Shunga, and research across the story of nude photography.
