My essential oils aromatherapy
I love the scent of essential oil and a cozy environment

Today I bring you a post with the essential oils I currently use in my diffuser. I’m still using some and I’m alternating between them. As you know I use my diffuser a lot, not only to give a good aroma to the house but also because it also has the effect of leaving me relaxed. Then let’s go to my oils!
→ Dew → Apple and cinnamon → Honey and cinnamon → Vanilla And the last of my favorites is the smell of the mixture of dry wood and honey.
These are my fall choices and I’m loving them so far!
In the morning it is almost a routine to turn on my diffuser and start to acclimatize my house with a calm and comforting aroma.
On weekends it’s when I have the longest-running diffuser, because I’m at home, whereas on weekdays I only turn it on when I arrive after work.
Aromatherapy has become very important to relax and control my anxiety. It gives me a sense of calm and peace and our brain has a wonderful way of associating the aromas with dangerous situations or comforting situations. Hence it is so important to use aromatherapy in the lives of people with anxiety and nervous pathology problems.
