Abstract

pursue animation professionally, I still wanted to explore writing because I’ve always enjoyed it. I took classes such as creative writing and writing for publication. The curriculum bolstered my storytelling skills, which helped me develop my senior thesis film.</p><p id="c28b">For my major, I learned both traditional art skills such as drawing, as well as digital art skills. I gained a variety of experience through my internships- editing promotional videos, designing ebook covers, and 3D modeling artistic designs for children prosthetics. I worked with 15 other artists to produce an animated short film- which at the time of writing was just accepted into its first film festival! My Creative Journey

A little bit about myself.

My hunger for creating started early.

My favorite subjects in elementary school were art, technology, and writing. And today, that’s exactly what I am doing. At the age of 12, middle school is when I realized I wanted to pursue animation. I also loved writing, which never went away.

I love storytelling- verbally and visually.

I just graduated from undergrad, with a BFA in character animation and a minor in mass communications. Even though I knew I wanted to pursue animation professionally, I still wanted to explore writing because I’ve always enjoyed it. I took classes such as creative writing and writing for publication.
