Mother’s Day Plan Anew

A poem about how life changes so quickly.

For mother’s day had these great plans minutes later mother on her back landed somehow she fell down to catch her, no one was around from the next room, I heard a yell within seconds hitting the floor she fell horror set in as I ran near in my heart had much fear we picked her up with all four hands so much pain she could barely stand carried her to the sofa where she lay me next to her until the very next day thought the pain would go away to the hospital, we did go took Xrays from head to toe nothing was broken, but fractures were there in the pelvis and back, will heal naturally with care Mother dreaded the hospital stay so I kept the doctors at bay praying to take her home after many hours, off we went new plans for mother’s day will celebrate a new way and thankful, in every way.
