Morning Star

A Longing — Including Poetic Music Video ‘Stardust’

Source

I believe I saw a miracle just appear in front of my eyes.

I did, I did, I do.

Did I just look up to the stars of Orion ascending before Sirius? While all I could think of was Eos rising each morning from her home at the edge of the Oceanus?

But then a radiant star emerges gradually, as I dim my lantern and wait ….. Wait for the beautiful spring of heyday, the event of this bright light.

That morning star, it stands so high and far … So high up in the sky. It seems to dispel the dark hole of eternal despair ... emanating warmth evermore powerful than the sun’s infinite rays.

I draw it closer to my heart, this source, the mythic dawn of hope. The immovable, immutable center of our lives and being, bearing the light that is coming … real soon.

I look at it and sigh …

Irony is when what we see belies reality and my heart’s voice. For I want to hold on to the word of life and shine like a star above.

I believe in this miracle the pillar that keeps Heaven afloat. At the end of the night, I’ll greet the morning star, the truth to all that’s unknown.

The time will come when I will look up again, my essence glowing with love. It must be my fate to create and learn through your presence, and long for the day our hearts conjoin.
