Monopoly Madness

A work of fiction…

Gretta and Stan waited patiently as Dennis decided what move to make. He’d just rolled an eleven and landed on Boardwalk.

He was, of course, going to purchase it. Who wouldn’t? So, as he sat there in deep contemplation, they began to get more than a little frustrated.

He finally bought it, and Gretta let out a giant sigh. The next move was Stan’s. He rolled a four and landed on Park Place.

Dennis leapt up and cursed. Stan let out a chuckle, and immediately regretted it. Dennis stomped out, and they decided to let him stew for a bit.
