Moderating My Anger

Thrifty Word Challenge #39: Moderation

Photo by engin akyurt on Unsplash

I was such a horrible rager, anything that put my nose out of joint, I’d just go off on one.

Today, age and decorum have taught me moderation. When a physiotherapist said I didn't ‘fit her criteria,’ I didn’t lose it.

Just wrote a poem and complained to her supervisor.

Thanks to Jonica Bradley for the opportunity to blow off steam in moderation.
