Mmm Mondays purpose remains the same; a place to share what makes you lick your lips
My journey as a writer began as a blogger. A sex blogger. That site had been dedicated to a specific topic, but before I knew it, I was made aware that there’s much more to life and writing, than sex.
Important things; like telling great stories for the sake of the telling; sharing recipes too good not to pass down; and realizing silver linings, even if it takes years to see them. But most of all, I became aware that life and writing is about finding great friends.
And Mmm Mondays didn’t start on Medium. It began on a sister site of my blog. This space was about turning frowns upside down, and making the most of the most-hated day of the week. It was a place friends could come together and share what made them say Mmm.
The thing about friends, if they’re the right ones, is they’ll lead you from where you are to somewhere else. Somewhere you never may have been. Which is how Mmm Mondays and I came to find a home on Medium.
Even though it’s moved, Mmm Mondays purpose remains the same; a place to share what makes you lick your lips.
Whether you tell erotic stories (because sex is still a great topic), love good food, write poetic short stories, read a book you think everyone should read, or simply love sharing the highlight of your week, there’s a space for you on Mmm Mondays. The best part? The only rule is: It’s all about you!
