Metaphysics For The Twin Flame Journey: What You Need To Know [Part 1]
You need to develop your capacity to see beyond the present.
Dear Soul,
If you have been reading me for a while, you know that I work with the frequency of Unconditional Love. This colors my readings with a specific vibration.
However, it is true that to understand the twin flame journey in more depth and overcome the mind’s resistance, you need a remembrance of the unseen realm, so I am also responsible for providing you with other kinds of resources.
These concepts may seem complex at first, but follow me, and I will do my best to present these ideas in such a way that you will feel you already know them — because you do.
Your Soul will guide you to this information in perfect timing. So, if you are here, now is the perfect time. I call this stage the second layer of the twin flame journey, and it is all about exploration and self-realization.
You will handle this stage differently depending on your human background (belief system, language, the terms you are familiar with…), but in essence, everything you will be guided to relearn is metaphysics, which means “beyond the physical”.
Remembering these concepts you already know as a spiritual being will help you understand the intuitive recognition you experience when you reunite with a twin soul, and the seeming incompatibility between this certainty and what is happening in the physical realm (denial, rejection, and the illusion of separation).
In other words, my dear, understanding that there is more than what you see so you must remember how to perceive will liberate you from fear and insecurity.
These feelings keep you tied to a low vibration that is not conducive to your growth and what your Soul wants to accomplish on this journey. Therefore, we must cut through it boldly, and never look back.
Self-doubt creates contradictions between the reality your Soul wants to manifest and the reality your mind is allowing to create.
Without a background in metaphysics, it is more difficult to detach from fear because your attention remains fixed on the rational brain, the tridimensional mind that can’t perceive more than the immediate reality.
Metaphysics gives you the key to the non-physical layer, where everything is happening now. If you get at least a remembrance of basic concepts, it will be more accessible for you to connect with the Universal Consciousness and your twin’s Higher Self.
The information they have for you will reassure you and help you navigate your healing process — it is teamwork, after all.

To strengthen your confidence and detach from self-doubt, which creates contradictions between the reality your Soul wants to manifest and the reality your mind is allowing to create.

Now, let me share with you the foundations you need to make sense of this journey.
1. Time Is Different In The Non-Physical Layers
There are many ways to call the non-physical realm, depending on the specific layer you are referring to (just like a building with many, many floors).
To keep it simple, I would refer to it simply as non-physical, so you will know this encompasses everything we can’t see with human eyes.
When we connect with our Intuition to receive guidance on our twin flame journey, we are elevating our consciousness to tap into the “radio frequency” of the unseen world. Here, we gather the answers we need, and we bring them back to our tridimensional consciousness.
The methods used to do this are innumerable. One of the most common is divination (which means, “to bring up the Divine in you”). You also have the dream world, hypnagogic exploration (being half awake and half asleep), and instructing the subconscious to “release” specific information.

Now, the most important thing you need to understand, regardless of the method used, is that time is different in the non-physical layers.
This means that — most likely — the information you receive will not match the current reality in the physical world.
Why is this? Because things happen in the unseen realm first and then permeate the physical layers. Therefore, if you ask for something related to your twin, the answer may come from a different timeline (the Future).
This can create confusion in many instances because, how is it possible that you know what you know and have never been more certain in your life, but the reality shows your twin as distant or indifferent?
The process is like explaining to a toddler why the water takes some time to switch between hot and cold after we have pressed the button:
Is it really going to switch? When will it happen? Why can’t I see it or feel it? It is even real?
The answer to these questions is: it depends.
If you keep pressing the button with anxiety, trying to make it “work” when it is already working, you slow down the process. This is how many people sabotage their manifestations, and it is the same reason that won’t allow making progress on this journey:
You toggle the button On and Off every time you have doubts about your connection, and doubts create fear, and if you fear, you can’t raise your vibration to match your Highest Self — the ultimate purpose of a twin soul journey.
You also need to understand that absolutely everything you think shapes into a version of reality in the non-physical layers. If you have conflicting thoughts about the same subject, the version of reality that descends into the physical realm will be the one you energize the most with your intention and will. That being said, dear, you need to develop your capacity to see beyond the present. This will make you more open and receptive to the intuitive knowledge available in the upper circles (non-physical world).
You need this knowledge to understand what your Soul wants from this journey, what are you learning, what are you healing, what is the mission you must align with, and even more importantly:
How to heal your relationship with God. Only by being in conscious communion with God — the Divine — can you find what you are looking for.
