Lesson 1: Forget About Time
Time creates a mental barrier.

This is an unedited conversation I had with THEY after seeing the results of using triangular healing for emotional wounds. I will talk about triangular healing later; in the meantime, it is even more important to understand what time actually is. You need this foundation to accelerate whatever you want to heal or manifest. Understanding time will also help you overcome limiting beliefs, so you can expand your awareness and activate your Soul’s wisdom.
I have experienced a deep transformation since you shared this approach with me. I want to know more about the reason.
You heal by healing others, and the reason is that you experience a disassociation from your own Ego. Your Ego can only think of its suffering and considers any side factors lower in importance.
Since you are having a human experience, you are limited by this tendency to over-identify yourself with your singular experience. It can be a challenge to get out of this individual perspective and back into the consciousness of Unity that you are used to in higher frequencies, different from Earth school. But when you trick your Ego by exiting the linear relationship of victim and offender and contemplating the possibility that there is another character involved in whatever is causing you discomfort, you create space for compassion.
The changes I experienced were immediate. A situation that had been causing me so much confusion, and frustration, and suffering for months seemed so clear in only two days. How can that be?
Time is not important. Time is a measure you have created and misused. Even though it might have use cases that are necessary and helpful on Earth, time is an impediment when it comes to working with energy and understanding how energy works because you tend to use it as a threshold for how much you can heal yourself or others within a period.
You need to change your perspective of time to work with energy more efficiently, and then you can heal faster, and heal others, too.
And this is why I felt the need to stop using my wristwatch as I was integrating this information…
Yes. You were addicted to tracking absolutely everything, from your sleeping hours to your activity time. That was not conducive to what we were trying to communicate.
This is going to be an honest conversation, isn’t it?
It is always honest with us.
So, can something as simple as not using a watch create major changes in someone’s emotional healing?
Yes, because time is a distraction. It doesn’t allow the now. Time creates a mental barrier that keeps you tied to one of three alternatives: the past, the present, or the future. If you are in the past, you can’t heal because you have just been wounded; if you are in the present, you are not healed yet, and if you are in the future… Well, this is the only case where you could actually take advantage of the idea of time, but most individuals don’t do it.
They see the future as something unreachable, something they want to manifest in the present but is not here yet. This creates anxiety and frustration, which are energy blocks. If you could bring the future into your present, that would solve all your problems.
But wouldn’t “the present” be the same as “the now”? You said that time doesn’t allow the “now.”
We need to be careful to express this idea in the clearest way possible because, otherwise, it can be confusing.
The now is what is happening at the moment. The present is what you perceive is happening. The now is constantly moving. The present has a delay because it only encompasses what you can perceive.
So, the now can’t be the present because it is happening at a faster rate. The now is closer to the future.
Yes, this is a bit confusing.
Think of the “now” as the potential present. That should make it clear. The now is a room where all the possibilities are stored for you to manifest them. The present has no possibilities because it is already manifested; it is the result of your “past now.”
Then, what is the difference between the “now” and the future?
The name that you have given to it, and how this name influences your perspective. The way that you see the future is as something that is not happening yet, and this automatically excludes its healing potential. It is an ideal.
Others have helped in overcoming this breach by promoting the idea of living in the here and now, and this is easier to understand for many people. They begin to follow this idea, and what they don’t realize is that they are creating the future already because their energy becomes more focused.
Again, this is not important when working with energy. We want you to forget about time, and go back to the stars. Look at the sky; if you need to know what time is it, look for the position of the sun, and feel your own body. Your body is designed to provide you with an accurate perception of what you call time.
You have a global, always functional clock in the sky and in your own body to let you know when it is time to wake up, when it is time to take a nap, when it is time to eat, when it is time to wind down. You don’t need an external device to tell you that.
Except if you need to be in a place at a specific time.
Except if your lifestyle is based on an inflexible schedule. And even then, once you reconnect with your inner clock and become observant of the sky and more intuitive to the energy flow around you, you will know when it’s time to go whenever you are needed.
