May your house be too small to hold all your friends. ~Irish Proverb

To have thousands of fans Is an Internet trend, But only a handful, Can be called true friends.

Family may follow, And school friends and such, But true-blue friends may add, A personal touch.

No matter what platform Your fan base extends, May your house be too small, To hold all your friends.

Medium followers, Old, young, big, or small, Are more than just readers, They’re friends to us all.

If those you are close to In number have grown, I hope there’s too many, To fit in your home.

Though you may think it rude To turn some away, You can invite the rest, To call the next day.

If their friendship is true, I’m sure they won’t mind, To come visit again, At a better time.

There’s no way of knowing, Where our journey ends. May your house be too small, To hold all your friends.
