Many of us live in fear today. We have reasons to live with anxiety, don’t we? There is a better way to live.
Come, let us tell of the Lord’s greatness;
let us exalt his name together.
I prayed to the Lord, and he answered me.
He freed me from all my fears. (Psalms 34:3–4 NLT).
I know this may seem simplistic to you. The secret is seeing someone more significant than what you fear.
God is more significant than any of our fears. What you fear is real. I’m not dismissing the anxiety you deal with.
What you fix your mind on becomes your mode of operation to get you through your day.
Here’s the plan. It’s a two-step process.
1. See God as more significant than the fear you’re facing.
2. Pray to our God and Savior Jesus Christ for peace amid your fear.
