In response to my own prompt If I could be — let's work with some Magic here.

“If I could be Anyone I want to be Anything I can be What would I be?” GK

🤔I have been thinking — which can be dangerous sometimes. If I could be truly anyone and anything what could I possibly want to be? Well, let me try this today and see what we come up with. I write poetry on the fly…

Magic In Everything

If I could be anyone I want to be, Anything I can be, I would be the magical wand, Bringing you whatever you want.

I would be the Stepping Stone, Between unity and reality. I would be the one to hold you, Be there when you need some tranquility.

I would close my eyes and fly To bring myself to the in-between Surrounding sanity and rational forestry. Lights of reality infused with my own mortality.

I would be the one hoping to jumpstart Joys of life following the footsteps of eternity.

I would move faster than light, Shine brighter than the sunlight. I step forward to the unknown and never turn back, You would have never known if I ever existed.

I would create a river of joy, Where everyone can bathe and enjoy. Telling you secrets from another world, Magical creatures would hop in to bring pop and corn.

I would close my eyes and imagine, — that- You are reading my poem with smiles and joy. I would hop and hip with every beat, Of the musical note the universe brings.

I would twist and retreat to the forever forest. Listen to the sound of everlasting quiet. My thinking infused with the morning breeze. How lucky I am to get to be myself.

GK 3/6/23

Now have some fun

If I ask: Whatever you want?

I could say: some tranquility, with my own mortality.

Where do you go next: footsteps of eternity.

What are your hopes? the universe brings pop and corn.

Final words: If I ever existed, be myself.

I hope you have enjoyed this poem and my little fun inserts…
