Welcome, all. We have reached the point where we need to start looking for editors for our beloved publication to join us and help run the ship smoothly.

First, I would like to thank all those who have joined us recently and in growing our writers, with the constant content coming from you, beautiful writers. Also looking for more writers to join the Lodestar Community.

I know you all have lots of writing to do, and others are already busy editors in other publications. But I would appreciate any help that you can give.

My aim with this publication is for the freedom of creativity and a laid-back environment with plenty of prompts to keep everyone busy and inspired. A community feel is essential for helping and supporting each other, especially on medium.

That is what I want in an editor: someone who will help other people who deserve it promote their stories, poems, and articles and create a connection between everyone.

Someone who can create ideas and suggestions to improve, promote, and think about how we can make it a more enjoyable place to write and read. I only have so much energy with a full time job and a busy family (Jessica's Quill), so added energy from more editors would help.
