Leading to a State of Mindfulness! #The Taoist</h3></div> <div><p>thetaoist.online</p></div> </div> <div> <div style="background-image: url(https://miro.readmedium.com/v2/resize:fit:320/1*FLX1y5Cn09nf2ZiWSifr2g.jpeg)"></div> </div> </div> </a> </div><h1 id="8cec">I felt these diagnoses stick to my brain like glue!</h1><p id="4d9b">My false assumption —<a href="http://Anything with enough faith can be fixed!"><b><i> “Defected permanently, something that can’t be reversed”</i></b></a></p><h2 id="7e73">INSURANCE COMPANIES NEED TO GET PAID.</h2><h2 id="0a89">Feeling hopeless waiting for a miracle pill to take to pull all that pain out of your body and brain is a false assumption that will keep your wheels turning no matter what kind of numbing chemical they put into your system.</h2><h2 id="bbb8">No MATTER WHAT you will ALWAYS need to ESCAPE PAIN because this is the natural human condition that every human is suffering from today!</h2><h1 id="ee17">Some Suffer WORSE</h1><p id="d360">I’ve also been the person on the sawhorses with no one on the other side, or played checkers against myself I mean shit I use to play alone because my false assumption was —</p><p id="6ed7" type="7">‘I KNEW that they would KNOW & If they didn’t know…well, it would have been just a matter of time.’</p><p id="6112">I’m a prime example of what complex traumatic experiences do to someone when they stuff it down deep without saying a fucking thing to anyone for massive amounts of reasons that even you might not know of!</p><h2 id="745a">If you are anything like I was then you need to start writing.</h2><p id="e7c7">Instead of expressing your emotions online, where others might judge you, consider taking a more personal and nurturing approach. The approach that saved my entire life!</p><p id="cd16">Grab a pencil or your favorite pen, along with two notebooks, and create a space just for yourself, just like I have in the format I provided below that you already knew would help but haven’t taken the willingness to help yourself heal because there are a lot of fears that are holding you back but just face your fears by combatting the pain with compassion in your journals that you will learn to be best friends with, in the matter of no time!</p><h2 id="5875">Regrettably, the applications on your phone may not offer the effectiveness found in the simple yet powerful method I’m going to explain to you below that isn't a freaking philosophy — it's a solution to your problems!</h2><p id="5c01">It’s completely understandable if you feel hesitant to take that step toward healing, and that’s okay. Just know that if it makes you feel any different, I have lots of journals I have locked up in a safe in my closet! I don't need anyone reading those journals but ME!</p><p id="0261">Every writer of their thoughts and emotions lives a more balanced lifestyle, almost as if —</p><p id="c30e" type="7">“They are not riding that roller coaster anymore, and that is exactly what I want for you!”</p><h1 id="90f8">(Why 2 Notebooks? I understand that you’re currently facing challenges in your head that you think you will never understand, or no one would ever understand which is 100% right!

NO ONE can relate to your own expereinces like YOU can, and I feel that the word complex and trauma is bieng widenly mis-used from other’s and the truth of the matter is that people who suffer from being sexually molested or raped are the real warriors im calling to heal!

MAYBE you dropped the mind-altering substances as I did and HUGE EMOTIONS ERUPTED along with those memories you thought you would forget.

Accepting ADVERSE CHILDHOOD?

That is a step to healing and I commend you and notice your bravery!

I have been healing/learning how to recover from complex trauma since 7 years young— and it wasnt until I learned how to be honest with myself and others ‘one day at time’ that I had any sense of personal growth which is what every person with trauma wants to achieve, right????

but it was easier to numb these traumatic emotions with mind-altering substance.

(IF I COULD GO BACK IN TIME)

It would be when I lost trust in people with professions who were supposed to look out for your best interest, right?

“Take ONE of these pill’s each and every morning or evening and let me know how you feel in two weeks”

(Hampster Wheel of SSRIs) or (Running or Exercising 10 minutes a day)???? They had similar effects I thought at first but luckily ‘the internet has the answer for everything’ and I did some studies — and found evidence-based facts that crushed my false assumption of being stuck with diagnoses forever!

Get a ‘healthy mindset!’

Maybe you got told by a doctor that you are Bipolar 2 based on what evidence was given, or maybe you got told that you have Attention Deficit problems, & this was on top of the normal ones they always like to tell you, which are anxiety and depression!

As humans, we are supposed to help one another achieve certain things, right??

A decade ago I was on 7 different medications with multiple diagnoses that I thought were going to be stuck with me forever!

I felt these diagnoses stick to my brain like glue!

My false assumption — “Defected permanently, something that can’t be reversed”
