*Know Thyself New Submissions Guidelines*
Updated 24th of October, 2023

Hi there!
Long time no updated submissions guidelines. I feel it's time for a refreshing change, a change that will bring the pub back to its origins. What do I mean by that?
What we’re looking for
The main purpose of KTHT is to share stories rooted in personal experiences — stories about loss, failures, struggles, but also about successes, growth, victories and, most importantly, spiritual evolution.
Lately, we have been inundated by clinical articles and “how to” stories that do not include any personal anecdotes. While we appreciate everyone has different writing goals and styles, we’re looking for more personal, authentic, vulnerable type of posts that readers can relate to and connect with.
That is why, starting today, we will no longer be accepting articles that do not include any references to personal experiences and lessons learned from those experiences.
Your stories must fit within our niche and one or more of the following themes: spirituality, mindfulness, metaphysics, life lessons, self-love/care/awareness, conscious relationships, nature and lessons learned from nature
What we will reject
As of today, 12th of March 2022, KTHT will be rejecting clinical articles on narcissism, mental health, suicide, etc. If you wish to continue submitting articles on these topics, please include references to personal experiences and what helped you overcome some of the darkest times of your life.
KTHT will also no longer accept articles that exceed 7 mins reading time. After 2 and a half years on this platform, we can confidently say articles that are shorter and concise do better than those which are longer and filled with unnecessary information/details.
We will be rejecting articles that have not been edited within 48 hours of me leaving a private note to ask for certain edits.
❗❗❗WE ONLY ACCEPT DRAFTS.
