However, when I grew up it became a very important part of me to give me balance in my life. <b>I felt mentally secure and happy with yoga.</b></p><p id="0e14">Yoga gave me both physical and mental tranquility. Look at my picture above. This is a pose I enjoy a lot. It gives me relaxation and is a stress buster especially when you move your legs with a rhythm.</p><p id="61a1">It has given me happiness and positivity too.</p><p id="d96f">I love to go for a walk every day. I do not feel like missing my days of walking. Living in balance with a love of nature

I want to live like this flower.👆🏽 It looks joyful and relaxed and smiling too. I try to find myself in this relaxed state. I love to plant seeds, nurture, and finally see the flowers smile. Their smile keeps me in balance with my body and soul. It gives me a calm and joyous feeling full of positivity.

Joy is important for the balance of my body and soul. It is a parameter of well-being. It is powerful and vibrant and a powerhouse of energizes which I find when experiencing the different facets of nature and in the smiles of fragrant vibrant flowers.

I watch these flowers and see that insects and butterflies love them. I also see that the bees are trying to get nectar from them.

I look up at the expanse of the sky and see the birds flying. This gives a feeling of freedom. Nature has lovely things around and I am in gratitude for being able to see this in my life.

Looking at nature with the flowers, bees, insects, and sky with its multitude of benefits of stars, moon, and sun makes me feel peaceful and balanced in life.

When I was young I used to press the petals and keep them on pages of the notebook. I would love to see them till they dried inside. They would leave an imprint in the book and I would have memories of moments seeing my little notebook.

My parents always wanted me to be busy. They took me to many beautiful parks and gardens and kept me busy with many different hobbies and took me around with them to socialize and meet people so I am not a lonely child and I know how to prioritize relationships. . I was always a happy child.

I was busy with numerous activities like playing games, music, and dance. I learned the Kathak form

My parents doted on me and gave me hugs every day. This made me feel emotionally sound and happy. The future always felt secure. It was a joyous childhood.
