Harmony At Work: Wellness In The Mind and Body

Balance creates harmony within.
Just like the swivel of paint mixed together in the image above our minds and bodies need a well-established balance to work well together. When you mix certain colors of paint together you will get either a beautiful picture or a brown and gray muddy outcome. I think it is safe to assume we all prefer a beautiful picture.
Creating harmony in our bodies and minds needs careful balance in our lives. When things are off in our bodies and minds our well-being is at risk and things can spin out of control creating chaos and dysfunction. Our bodies contain many different chemicals, cells, and hormones to provide health, well-being, and nutrition for us.

I imagine multiple colors flowing together in harmony. What do you see in the picture below? When you look at this image do you see how the flow was created from the circles above? This is my largest flow art paint so far would love to hear what you think.
Painting helps me create harmony in my mind and calm in my body.
