Kyle Rittenhouse Literally Gets Away With Murder

How America’s justice and religious systems condone White privilege and murder

Another atrocity happens in America’s court where a young white boy, Kyle Rittenhouse (18 years old), and his defense attorney were declaring a mistrial due to the prosecutors’ presentation of a video supposedly being unclear depicting Kyle Rittenhouse shooting two men and wounding another during the BlackLivesMatter march protesting a Black man, Jacob Blake, being shot by a white Kenosha police officer in the back.

This young boy and his mother drove from their home state, Antioch, Ill., to Kenosha, Wisconsin during the BlacklivesMatter march as he claimed he came to help protect the property of people he didn’t even know.

During that day with all that was going on pertaining to the protest a video showed Rittenhouse in the middle of the protest walking down the street with a rifle visible in hand as he waves to the law enforcement in their trucks, he kept walking and they kept driving along.

Now, if this was a black man or a person of color walking down the street doing a protest where the protestors were white, and a person of color or a Black man walking down the street with a visible rifle in hand, probably would not have seen the break of day, or the inside of a courtroom, shot dead on the spot or if he made it to a courtroom would have been found guilty of murder and sentenced to life in prison without parole or death by lethal injection.

White privilege is real and here is another example of how the justice system or court system put whites above the law at all cost. Rittenhouse was found not guilty of all counts of murder even with the video showing he fired the shots and killed the two victims and severely damaged another while he suffered not a scratch.

According to Rittenhouse’s defense attorney, the video of the shooting was blurred and therefore wanted to declare a mistrial even before the trial was over. The world saw on that day how Rittenhouse arrived in Wisconsin with a rifle with intent to shoot. No one walks around with a rifle unless they plan to shoot it or someone and that’s a fact.

Showing up with a gun during any protest does not signify a peaceful journey to calm things down but to ignite and add to a situation that was already heated. An illegal rifle in a 17-year-old white boy’s hand doing a protest against racial injustice makes a statement all by itself.

First of all, dealing with facts is what matters. The fact is Rittenhouse had a rifle to shoot someone as he did. Fact, he shot these two men and severely wounded another and suffered not a scratch. Fact, the police who waved to him as he entered Wisconsin clearly signaled to him what he was doing was okay, permissible, and white privilege. Fact, proud boys and other white supremacist groups and some celebrities raised money for his defense; Fact, systemic racism is embedded in the foundational core in every institution in this country, and the courts are inundated with much blood on its hands. Fact, Some Christian groups raised a million dollars for Rittenhouse’s defense. Fact, politicians came out in support of Rittenhouse murdering people. Fact, Rittenhouse got a gun illegally. Fact, justice system designed to perpetuate white supremacy. Fact, Rittenhouse shot Rosenbaum, 36, and Anthony Huber, 26, and wounded Gaige Grosskreutz, now 28. Fact, Rittenhouse got away with murder with the court support and adoration.

Fact, Rittenhouse’s defense lawyers asked the judge on Wednesday to declare a mistrial due to the inferiority of the video depicting Rittenhouse’s killing of the two men and severely wounded another.

Fact, Rittenhouse’s testimony on the stand was an oscar winner as he cried buckets of tears as though he couldn’t speak being overwhelmed with emotional grief. The judge chimed him with as much adoration given to a helpless child being abused by someone.

Even though the video may have been unclear according to the defense attorney, but the question is, “Did it show Rittenhouse shooting these three men, murdering two, and wounding third? That is the question and not his intent or claiming to be defending himself against men who had no gun as he did.

According to the prosecutors, the video showed Rittenhouse pointing his gun at protesters before being chased by the first man he shot and killed during a night of street protests against racial injustice in Kenosha in August 2020.

The judge was biased throughout the Rittenhouse trial with his insensitivity against people of color while making Asian jokes, along with his remarks at the end of the trial as he relrelentlessly praised the jury for a wonderful job they did and he welcomed them back to any court proceeding he resides over. Really, was this necessary? His words spoke volumes!

If found guilty Rittenhouse, a former police youth cadet would have faced life in prison for his usage of his illegally gotten AR-style semiautomatic rifle to murder two men and severely damage another man.

Unbelievable to hear that the juror spent two hours deliberating to determine if he was the instigator of bloodshed or a concerned citizen who came under attack while trying to protect property. What property was he protecting walking in the middle of a protest or down the street? He’s alive and two are dead and one severely wounded, whose bloodshed?

To convey the inequity in the courtroom, there was a discussion about how many times, the jury would be allowed to view the videotape of the shooting, and the defense attorney objected to the jury viewing the drone video multiple times. The jury never uttered a word about the video quality. This sounded like an ulterior motive in favor of Rittenhouse being found not guilty.

According to the video content, it would have disproved Rittenhouse’s on the stand that he didn’t point his rifle at protesters which provoked protesters, including Joseph Rosenbaum, who then chased Rittenhouse and was shot and killed by him.

Talking about biasness and prejudice in its maximum in this courtroom and the trial proceedings were conveyed in Judge Schroeder verbal biasness, placating actions toward Rittenhouse, and his banter against the prosecution showing of the video.

Judge Schroeder stated he had his “qualms” about admitting the video during the trial, but because it was shown in court “we might as well follow through with it.”

In addtion to all this, the had advised that the men who Rittenhouse murdered and severely wounded should not be called victims. Also, he allowed Rittenhouse to play a role in determining which jurors were alternates by drawing names from a container.

While the trial was going on, a man showed up outside the courtroom with a long rifle and body armor who was approached by the police and later returned without the gun. Again, white privilege in action. This same man early shouted anti-Black Lives Matter statements through a megaphone and was involved in a confrontation with another protester.

In conclusion, this country is in for a rude awakening, because eventually these atrocities will come back to hunt them in the worse way and their generations to follow, just as slavery has done and is doing as the whites want to deny and bury so the masses won’t know the truth. Karma always comes calling sooner or later. Vengeance is mine, God said!
