I went hunting this week for some exciting new blood for Dr Mehmet Yildiz’s latest publication. I found some interesting writers with under 1k followers and whose applause was inexplicably low. Hmmm, I thought they might like some attention from the ILLUMINATION, ILLUMINATION-Curated and the Technology Hits readers and writers for their stories.

The philosophy section of Technology Hits was looking a tad sparse so I looked up #technology #philosophy on Medium. The results are reviewed below in the first three stories.

The first exciting writer I found was Yogesh Malik. I giggled a few times while reading it. Especially the existential questions.

What’s the meaning of life? Have you asked Siri? It must have been real fun. From time immemorial man has been asking this question and machine should be able to answer this to our satisfaction.

Kevin Ann didn’t find much love for this post, dated Oct 15, 2019. One of the advantages of writing for Technology Hits is that if he joins as a writer, he can submit one previously published story per day to the new publication. Thus breathing new life and bringing more attention to his piece. All he needs to do is remove it from the current publication and submit to TH.

Of course, I understand if you feel uncomfortable doing this, Kevin. Chances are though that your work will receive the attention it deserves from huge new audiences. Or might we tempt you to write something new for TH and get in at the start of this exciting new publication? Dr Yildiz is easy-going where writing for both his and other publications are concerned.

Science Fiction explores many consequences of Artificial Intelligence, mind uploading, and consciousness transfer, but tends to relegate the scientific or technological mechanisms to some vague explanation or neglects it altogether. Futurists and Transhumanists eagerly await these ideas to become science fact so that that they may experience new vistas of consciousness or immortality, but they may ignore the difficulty of the groundbreaking science and technology required.

She studied to be a lawyer but failed the bar and ended up working in the blockchain industry. She offers career advice. I hope Margherita Amici is still writing on Medium and will consider penning something for Technology Hits.

Overnight, I was required to gain specific skills in regulatory and legal issues for the blockchain industry. I had to do a great work of comparison with jurisdiction that had somehow dealt with this new phenomenon and to become confident with technological dynamics that I’ve never faced.

Orhan G. Yalçın caught my attention with artificial intelligence. I’m pretty keen to get an AI Cinderella to do all the tedious chores for me, aren’t you?

Once you start consuming machine learning content such as books, articles, video courses, and blog posts, you will often see the terms like artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, big data, and data science being used interchangeably. These terms represent several closely related areas within the field of artificial intelligence.

Many people consider the timeline of home video entertainment to be VHS and then DVD, but in reality, both formats were available to buy by the late 1970s. The LaserDisc system was essentially the Blu-Ray of the VHS era.
