Is Someone Hurting You?!? Fast Phrases for Easy Boundaries
Your semi-daily dose of affirmation ❤
You deserve to be healthy. Here are a few options if someone endangers your well-being today (including the mean voice inside yourself).

You deserve to acknowledge how someone’s actions affect you.
You deserve to express when someone’s actions affect you beyond their good intentions.
You deserve to claim healthy boundaries when that person refuses to acknowledge their actions hurt you.
You deserve to be kind to yourself if they do not acknowledge or respect those boundaries, either.
You deserve to be healthy.
The hard part: What if they won’t listen?
