Honest opinion from a gamer

I have read this article from Sam Krämer.

I liked it because it has a point and helped me write this article.

But something that intrigued me was this:

My question is:

Is 8.45 weekly hours that much?

This is my response to that article:

For some, like me, gaming is a way of getting out of that routine. If you like gym and don’t play games, it’s great. If I play games and I don’t go to the gym, it’s not necessarily wrong. Gaming can harm when it is out of control. And I say this because I have experienced it in the past. Also, going to the gym can be harmful if it is done without limit.

Life is short.

We have to taste everything. Wise people will know if something is wrong or not. If it is, they will stop doing it.

Regarding my experience with gaming, I have times when I play more and times when I barely do it — because I focus on other things. Is that wrong? It depends!

The time spent on gaming, which averages around one hour daily, isn’t substantial.

And I believe this!

We do other insignificant things that take the same time. And we don’t think like ‘imagine we didn’t do this for a year. We could have another 400 hours. It’s like in that example with smoking.

Person 1: ‘For how long do you smoke?

Person 2: For n years.

Person 1: How much do you spend on smokes?

Person 2: n $.

Person 1: If we do some simple math, if you wouldn’t have smoked, you could have a Ferrari by now.

Person 2: Do you smoke?

Person 1: No!

Person 2: Then where is your Ferrari?

Another fact that can prove my point is this:
