Do obstacles wander through a secret existence, in remembrance of a quiet place to rest.

Do they shuffle through their pockets looking for a light or beckon to a passerby accepting their indifference.

If they choose to embark on the beaten path when they reach their destination will they walk away from promises kept.

Will they stand alone, stubborn in their conflict taking comfort in their lack of significance in the big scheme of things.
