When you are writing on Medium, having a publication of your own is a good marketing strategy for your name. I love writing here on Medium, and I am interested in a lot of things. So, I have seven publications. One of them is “The Life Essence”.

Dr Mehmet Yildiz challenged us again. This time marketing our own publications. He is so generous by giving us space in his publication, and let us promote our own work, publication, and even when it is not written in ILLUMINATION. I love that. That is why I write here because it is a very warm writing family.

The purpose of the publication

The purpose of this publication is: “Writing about life, what life means and how we stand in life as a person. Also, I love to read stories about your life experiences. Because life is not perfect and everyone has their own values and perspectives of how life should be. At this moment, I also want to read stories about the Coronavirus. How is your country handling the situation, the virus, how is your experience? And so on… With everything in life.”

I love when The Life Essence has valuable content to know what it is to have the life you want, with people you love, the lessons you have learned, and know what you can do to make the world much better.

Publication scope

This publication of mine has 107 followers, 72 writers, 282 reading time in the last 30 days, and one editor.

The target audience

Well, in the first place I wanted this publication to go well. With 107 followers and 72 writers, it is ok, but it could be more. I want to grow The Life Essence the next year with at least 1000 followers, and maybe ten more active writers.

How to write for this publication

On the submission guidelines, I wrote what you can do to be a writer for The Life Essence. I love you to be one of the writers.

Here is the Guideline.

Felix Cabrera wrote a lovely piece about how self-awareness can increase your productivity: “As I have become more self-aware, I have realized that the more you know about yourself, you can use this information to grow as a person.”

Bryan Collins wrote a story about 5 ways to be more productive and how you can implement that into your business, daily life, or whatever you are doing. I loved it.

I think everyone wants to be proud of themselves, but sometimes it is very difficult. You are harsh on yourself. Here is a story I wrote about being proud of yourself. To me, it is difficult too.

As the Coronavirus hit The Netherlands too, I wrote daily updates, which I turned into topic related stories instead of daily updates. The first one is a daily update, the last one is a topic about football.

Does hope exist in your dictionary? In my dictionary, it exists. In the sense of keeping hope because when you hope, you keep living as you know good things are still out there. Good people are still out there.

I am 32 right now. On Quora, I got the question of what it is like to be in my thirties. I love it, but also scary in the beginning.

Treathyl Fox wrote a story with 6 quotes. All quotes are related to what lessons she learned in her life. Take a read.

Vinit Nair showed in a piece that meditation is something you have to be in the moment. I never have done meditation. I don’t think I am the person of. Vinit wrote a great piece.
