The Collector is a new publication on Medium to curate the voices of writers in the field of History, Politics, and Culture. We aim to examine how our society’s socio-economic bond links together with Feminism, Racism, and LGBTQ. Unfortunately, everyday person’s voices in the political and social arena are being silenced. And we are now witnessing unprecedented attacks on four pillars of our democracy.

1. The purpose of the publication

The publication aims to educate the readers about how history, politics, culture, feminism, Racism, and LGBTQ are all inter-related. The goal is simple:

To learn from our history and culture in order to understand the dynamics of politics and improve the current state of movements for feminism, racism, and LGBTQ.

2. Publication scope

While we restrict our scope to history, politics, and culture, we often find that topics like feminism, racism, and LGBTQ are sub-genres and are closely intertwined. The Collector gives voice to all these genres.

3. The target audience

We invite all thoughtful, inquisitive, and curious minds to follow our publication. Our articles aim to put the reader in the crossroads of history, politics, and culture.
