Eat healthy meals for [abundant] Energy, shining in delight to be confident! Workouts (exercise) are relevant In our disciplined living, a festive regiment.
A sleep-and-wake-up schedule Can improve our life quality to endure And lessen depression. Ensure The must to prevent habits so impure.
Good personal hygiene routines, It is significant in our lives since it ravines, Preventing germs. As it vaccines The impurities, we could reach supremes.
