In This Moment

A poem about a moment I don’t want to forget

Surrender, let go my heart Don’t cling so tightly To this moment and it’s happenings Nothing lasts forever And that’s okay

This moment in time That you’ve been waiting for Will pass by And you will remember You will not forget

The feelings, the touch The feel of it all It will stay with you You can reach back And touch it again

It’s not gone forever You can envelop it You can revisit it and cherish it In both your heart and your mind All is not lost, remember

“I will remember the deeds of the Lord; yes, I will remember your miracles of long ago.” ~Psalms‬ ‭77‬:‭11‬ ‭(NIV‬‬)
