Do you feel lost? Do you feel like you have no idea where you are going? Do you feel like your old life doesn’t fit anymore? Congrats! You are exactly where you should be. It may sound insane but hang with me.

Have you ever asked for a change in your life? Have you ever wanted more?

Desire is a natural expression of who you are. There is nothing evil about wanting more. The Universe wants you to be happy and feel like you deserve all the good in this world.

What you are going through today is the answer to your prayers — your old life is chipping away.

Since you wanted the change, how can your life stay the same?

When you ask, you always receive.

Your mindset will change. People in your life will fall away. Your interests will shift. You won’t go back to the old self, but for that transformation to take place, you must go through the motions.

Changes are not bad.

Our minds try to convince us that changing a job is scary or that a break-up is a mistake.

There is always a reason for every transition in our lives. There is always a new avenue for growth.

  • Will it be uncomfortable? Yes.
  • Will your mind oppose it? Yes.
  • Will it make up crazy stories in your head to scare you away from going through with changes? Yes.
  • Will the change be worth it? Hell, yes!

Every time you ask for something different from your current reality, you ask for a change of energy.

People, places, and circumstances that no longer match the frequency of your new life will fade away from it.

When going through tough times, remind yourself of the reason you have asked for the change in the first place.

To build a new life, the old one has to fall apart.

Then, you can build your dream home using the debris of your shattered house. It requires strength, discipline, and faith.

Every transition takes time but also prepares you for what is to come.

Imagine you were given your new house. You wouldn’t appreciate it as much as when building it from the ground up, brick by brick.

You see, we, human, don’t appreciate abundance.

It is scarcity that makes us recognize the essentials.

Pain always carries big lessons. It gives you knowledge and skills to handle new-found expertise. You learn how to construct a house. You take care of the building process, assemble the materials, and learn to lay solid foundations.

The Universe always has your back. It wouldn’t offer you anything you cannot handle.

To learn how to navigate through your new life, you have to go through the uncomfortable process of change.

We are a part of a greater order. There is always a reason behind every heartache, loss, or disruption in our lives.

Life never makes mistakes.

There are no coincidences, but events that coexist together because of their vibrational match.

When your old life is tumbling down, you will come out of it as a new person, a stronger one, a wiser one, an unrecognizable self.

When looking back at any change, you will understand why everything took place in such an order and appreciate the journey you have travelled.

The best is yet to come.

Don’t resist changes.

Don’t cling to your dead life. Allow for the natural flow of things.

We were taught to control and manipulate life events, but when you force something to happen, does it ever feel good?

Isn’t it better to let go, trust and enjoy the ride?

Every transformation is uncomfortable. When life gets disrupted, we panic and strive to control the uncontrollable.

How about letting go?

Allow for your new life to fall together, and each day do your best to make space for the new.

With transitions come disruptions. Change means leaving your comfort zone and new beginnings — amazing opportunities to explore, meet new people and reinvent yourself.

The ego wants to be safe. But the ego doesn’t want growth. And you do, right?

Leaving the comfort zone is painful. But at the same time, insanely rewarding.

Perhaps, what is falling off from your life was just a distraction?

Now, you have space, energy, and solitude to connect with your Inner Self — your guidance system.

Stop focusing on things you lack, and look in the direction of what is coming.

Changes of today will become your new “normal” tomorrow.

Don’t give up because times seem rough.

If you give up right now, you will never become the person you always wanted to be.

You have asked for a change.

Here it is.

Enjoy.

Be kind to yourself.

Be kind to others.

Thank you for being here, — Kate
