I Was Triggered Today By Watching Donald Jr. on the View
As he was promoting his book called ‘Triggered’. The irony!

OK. I rarely watch The View but today was a super rainy day and I saw it was 11 A.M — so I switched it on. I had no idea it would be The Views 5,000th episode and the guest today would be: DON JR. and his newest girlfriend?
UGH! NooO!!
OK. I better stay for this.
I didn't turn the channel. Did I want to see this trainwreck?
First of all, I knew the ladies on this show are all anti-Trump, even Abby Huntsman who is a conservative and Meagan McCain who seems to abhor everything about the Donald. Whoopie can’t even call Donald by his name and Joy is obviously all about bashing all things Trump.
The book he was plugging was ironically called “Triggered” and it did trigger my anxiety, bigtime. Not only were the hosts all looking like they were about to strangle him by the throat(AND his bimbo girlfriend, who was a FOX News contributor) but the whole thing was a horrible trainwreck of — SHIT!!
I could barely watch it, but…I did.
UGH! Talk about triggering.#$&*)(#&*(#)&#@@
This is why I was so triggered by watching Donald Jr. and his new girlfriend on The View today:
- Watching everyone talk over each other like a bunch of cackling hyenas reminded me of my family.
- Watching this dude spew the exact talking points of his dad’s and defend his dad made me sad.
- Watching this girlfriend also spew the same talking points made me mad. (It seemed they trained her well for this performance!)
- Realizing these are the people in the White House running our country triggered anxiety.
- Thinking this guy will be making even MORE money by selling his silly book made me mad.
- Realizing no one on that panel will change their ‘view’ and that this might’ve been televised for ratings made me distrust the media even more.
All of this reminded me of why I took a 7 Day Facebook Fast and how I also want to limit my TV watching. It also made me glad to be embracing my new hermit lifestyle:
Hibernating in my Happy Hermit Hole in my House or on my Hammock. Hehe.
