I Want To Stop Eating Meat But It’s So Hard

I wish I didn’t enjoy eating meat so much

I would love to become a person who did not eat so much meat, I would even like fish more, but in my opinion, it is impossible.

Do you know when you smell the flesh and almost get the saliva in your mouth? That’s what I feel.

I know a lot of people who grew up like me eating meat and who when they reached adulthood decided to cut it out of their lives, and from that moment on they became much healthier at all levels.

I really admire these people. I know they also suffered to achieve that goal… it almost reminds me of people who are wanting to quit smoking.
