How To Start a Vegan Lifestyle
All the animals deserve a chance to live, so let’s give it

There is a lot of scientific research that confirms that a plant-based diet and reduced intake of animal protein are beneficial to the body.
There are many contents available: scientific research, books, and documentaries.
The important thing here is to lead a more conscious life in relation to our feeding of animals.
The changes in diet can never be sudden, it has to go through the habituation and so our body has time to get used to the change and not go into shock.
With small changes, we begin to change our eating styles and educate ourselves about what we should and not eat.
→ Initially, we should reduce the consumption of meat and fish per week by eating more grains, vegetables, and fruits.
→ In my case personally, I will not stop eating eggs or drinking milk, but substitutes for these two foods. Soy milk or almond milk to replace animal milk.
→ Another simple way that can help in the transfer is to look for vegan recipes that are simple to run and delicious.
Being vegan doesn’t have to be martyrdom.
→ Don’t copy someone’s diet, you are not the same as other people.
→ Detox is rough, so will be difficult.
→ Supplementing is important (SUPER important)
→ In the beginning I think it’s important to have a mentor to guide you in this journey.
→ The most important of all is that you need to know that it’s ok to make mistakes.
