I tried 3 Liters of Water per Day to Improve my Health.
Can I complete this challenge?
From last few weeks, I am concentrating a lot on improving my health. I recently tried many methods like exercise, good sleep and healthy eating. All this contributed a lot in improving my health.
The only method which was missing in my daily routine was drinking 3 litres of water per day. I usually don’t count my water intake, but this week I tried counting it.
It seems easy to drink 3 litres of water per day, but trust me It isn’t. I traced my daily water intake level and found many loopholes in it. Let’s break my daily intake level of drinking water with some fun facts.
Monday
I am not a professional writer and I have a completely different profession. So, my Mondays are always quite busy. I usually don’t take holidays on Monday. So I drank 2 glasses of water in the morning and then started working on my project. I eat an awesome meal with 1 glass of water and then 1 glass of water after dinner. And that’s it.
Total 4 glasses of water. I wrote it in my diary and I slept.
Fun Fact:- Next day I woke up at 6 am and found out my target was to drink 3 Liters of water. I don’t know the measures of my household glass. I assumed that, it will be around 300 ml. Hence, I was screwed.
So, Monday water intake will be around 1.2 litres. Still, I tried to continue the challenge.
Tuesday
I woke up at 6 am and calculated my Monday water Intake. Hence, I found out later that, I don’t have a proper glass to measure water. I rushed to the nearby store and brought a cute little bottle of 500ml. After breakfast, I drank 1 bottle of water.
I started to work on my project at 10 am. I took a break for half an hour to eat something. After eating my lunch, I again drank 1 bottle. I became free at 5 pm.
Fun Fact: Then I started writing an awesome article about my new healthy habits.
It further took me more 4 days to do the research about my habits and post it on Medium for my awesome followers. Hence, the next few days my 5 pm to 7 pm were completely busy as blogging is my hobby.
After that I eat dinner at 8 pm and drank 1 bottle of water.
Hence, I in total my water Intake remained around 1.5 litres.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
I was dedicated to complete my project and after that, I was passionate enough to keep completing my article. So my Wednesday, Thursday and Friday remained the same as Tuesday. And I followed the same schedule, drinking around 1.5 litres of water per day.
Fun Fact: I lost my cute little 500 ml bottle on Friday. I assume somebody stole it, I will investigate about It later.
Saturday and Sunday
I started writing this article and I will post it on Monday. I tried drinking 3 litres of water per day, but was restricted to 1.5 litres due to my work. I can’t stop my work and I will not stop posting awesome content for you guys. Hence, I will not be able to continue this challenge for this week.
But I was able to trace my water intake for the week. I need some improvements and some strategies to drink water. Yes, It sounds stupid.
Health is a very important aspect of our lives. We must always try to preserve it. Healthy body results into Healthy Mind.
