Why I started eating healthy.
The results are quite interesting.
It’s been a week since I started eating healthy food. Before that I used to eat lots of junk food. I never imagined that I can quit eating junk food, but my friend told me benefits of eating healthy food. I ignored him but, I thought I should try it just for a week.
So the journey was pretty interesting, I faced some difficulties but I was able to completed my first week. So let me share some interesting changes I saw while eating healthy for a week.
1. My focus increased.
I was able to concentrate more on my professional work. I never expected this could happen, just after quitting habit of eating junk food. Junk food not only made my body weak but also made me tired after working for 6 hours.
Now I usually get tired after 8 hours of work. It is not more, but for me it is quite interesting. I got more time to complete my leftover work. Healthy food surely managed me to become more productive.
This is because healthy food gets easily digested by our body giving us extra energy. This energy helps us to stay active for more hours. This also reduces our stress, which makes us more productive. It has more amount of vitamins and protein than junk food, So we feel strong and energized.
2. I saved around 100 $.
Let’s admit, junk food is pretty costly than average. Junk food costed me around 85 to 95 dollars per week. I usually don’t pay attention towards my food expenses and never knew how expensive junk food costs. After buying healthy food, I discovered it costs way less than junk food.
I donated this amount to the people who needed it. Now I feel more proud and satisfied. Helping poor people gave me happiness that is much better than eating junk food.
Being healthy not only reshapes our body but also reshapes our mind and spirit. You should give it a try and trust me, the results will be amazing.
