I Took Everything It Fitted in Three Bags, and I Left
I left behind everything I had… Having in mind everything I want to gain
Ana and I planned to move together in two years or so… This would have been around 18 months in the future.
We decided to listen to our souls and ignore reason. We followed our hearts and turned off our brains. I do not think that we made a bad decision.
We left nice homes back home and rented two rooms in a villa on top of the hill… Actually, we left nice houses; they did not feel like home anymore in the last couple of months.
The accommodation isn’t perfect, but it represents a fresh start for both of us. It’s the place we currently use to plan our new lives… to plan how *to conquer* the world.
Everything is about freedom about pursuing what we desire the most. We don’t want much; all we want is to be happy together.
I have *crossed* the world three times already only to be happy, and I would do it again. Despite what everyone has to say. I don’t even listen anymore; everything sounds like *yada yada yada. It’s not good. yada yada yada*.
Who are you to tell me what’s good and what isn't good for me? Who are you to know how I feel better than I do? Who are you to even have opinions about myself and my life?
Despite all the bumps in the road, everything is easy when you follow your heart. Following your heart is about courage and ambition.
I don’t know about you guys, but I am not afraid to start over again. And again, and again, and again, if necessary.
When everything you have is your feelings and your capacity to overcome difficult situations, things aren’t that difficult. You need to dream, visualize, plan, work, work, work, work, and work while enjoying the entire process.
Last Saturday, I packed three bags and ran away. That was the first day of my new life. I enjoy every second of it, despite the new challenges I have to overcome.
